Licensor and subject matter

The licensor is Trustview, owned by Alpay Düzen, Hamburg. The licence covers the instrumental works offered via tontable.com in the form provided.

Rights in the works remain with the licensor. You do not acquire ownership of the music, but the right to use it within the scope described below.

Scope of use

The licence is non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual. It applies to the number of tracks and the purposes stated in the package you purchased.

Permitted uses include background music in videos, commercials, social media posts, podcasts, presentations, apps, games and on websites — within the scope purchased.

The exact scope of your licence — commercial use, social media, client work, paid advertising, number of users, inclusion of future releases — is listed with each licence in your account and is frozen at the time of purchase.

Your licence remains valid for everything you have published under it, even if we discontinue the service or the track is removed from the catalogue.

Restrictions

You may not distribute, resell or sub-licence the music as such — that is, anything that makes the music itself available to third parties instead of using it as part of your own work. This includes collections, templates and toolkits in which the file appears as a standalone element.

You may not register the music with a collecting society or in a rights identification system such as YouTube Content ID. Such a registration would block use by other lawful licensees; it is a material breach of contract.

You may not use the music in contexts that break the law, incite violence or hatred, or are liable to cause serious damage to the licensor's reputation.

Licence ID and evidence

Each purchase produces a licence with a unique identifier in the format LIC-YY-XXXXXX. It is visible in your account and states the scope, date and licensor.

If a platform asks for proof of licence, that identifier together with the licence view in your account is sufficient.

Term

The licence is perpetual. It does not end through lapse of time, closure of an account, or discontinuation of the service.

In the event of a material breach — in particular resale or registration in a rights identification system — we may revoke the licence.

Warranty

We warrant that we are entitled to grant the rights of use described.

The music is provided as supplied. We cannot warrant fitness for any particular purpose you pursue; whether a piece suits your project is something you can judge before buying from the freely available preview.
